President,
Peter F. Drucker Academy (Hong Kong)
Biography
Dr. Wang is an expert in financial management, strategic planning and corporate governance. She was Deputy General Manager of Finance, China Resources (Holdings) Co. (CRC). During her service in CRC, she successfully implemented the “CRC 6S” to support strategic planning and development for the entire group, which strengthened the group risk identification and strategic management as well as value creation through innovation and entrepreneurship.
“CRC 6S” is regarded as one of the best practices in Asian corporate management that integrated business strategy, total budgeting, cash flow management, corporate performance measurement, internal audit, and management evaluation. By implementing the “CRC 6S” and leading change over the past decades, CRC has transformed itself from a traditional trading company into one Fortune Global 500.
With effective leadership and professional experience in both strategic management and corporate governance, after she left CRC, Dr. Wang focused on management education and consulting. She is now the President of Peter F. Drucker Academy (Hong Kong).
She also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of one of the largest Chinese state-owned financial groups.
