Speakers and Chairs Bios

Dr. Johan Roos is the Chief Academic Officer and Professor of General Management and Strategy at Hult International Business School. He is responsible for all educational, research and accreditation activities across undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programs in Hult, including Ashridge, with campuses in London, Boston, San Francisco, Shanghai and Dubai as well as Ashridge House north of London.
 
From 2012 - 2015 Dr. Roos served as Dean and Managing Director of Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), where he held a professorship in Strategy. When he left JIBS was the first double accredited business school in Sweden (EQUIS and AACSB)

He has published many articles and books, and is the co-inventor of LEGO© Serious Play© and the Mosaic© serious game.
