Biography
Since 1 October 2011, Hutmacher, who holds a diploma in business administration, has been serving as member of the Management Board of METRO AG with responsibility for Human Resources, Information Management, Audit und Sustainability. Heiko Hutmacher (60) is an internationally highly experienced expert in the field of Human Resources. He held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources of AkzoNobel since 2004. Prior to joining AkzoNobel, Hutmacher worked with IBM for 20 years where he held various positions in several countries, last as Vice President Human Resources at IBM Global Services.
