For 20 years, Eyal was Managing General Partner with Walden Israel, an early stage VC firm, where was responsible for a large number of successful liquidity events and made investments
in startup companies in Israel and the US.

In recent years, Eyal has been increasingly active in private equity investing and entre-
preneurship, focusing on profitable-growth entrepreneurial companies in in Israel and the US,
and on the introduction of innovation into “low tech” companies. He has also worked with investment firms and family offices on various projects as well as longer engagements.

Prior to joining Walden Israel, Eyal was a founding senior executive at Geotek
Communications, a wireless communications startup. Over a short period of four years, he helped grow the company from a few initial employees to over 400, many of whom reported to him, and to bring the company to a NASDAQ market cap of close to $1 billion.

Eyal holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania (where he was the first Israeli to be admitted to this prestigious program), and a B.Sc with honors from the Technion in Israel.
He was the Chairman of the Board of the Technion Alumni Association, a global, 75,000-strong organization, for six years, and sits on the Technion Council (the Executive Board at that university), and on the Technion Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Lauder Institute Alumni Association and was the Chairman of the Wharton Club of Israel.

Eyal has served on the Advisory Boards of the Centers for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Technion, The Leadership Board at Wharton Global Consulting Practicum, and on the Advisory Board of the Caesarea Center for Capital Markets and Risk Management, as well as
the Boards of several of non-profits.
He has spoken at numerous conferences, public institutions, and universities.
