Vanessa Gamboa Adams is a Director within C.H. Robinson’s IT organization and has been instrumental in driving transformational change across the corporation and the large, global technology team to embrace agile principles.  Her passion and over 18 years of experience in development and user empowerment have helped drive innovation on Robinson’s industry-leading proprietary technology platform, Navisphere.  C.H. Robinson’s technology ecosystem integrates over 150,000 companies, including over 5 million web and mobile interactions monthly.  Vanessa also serves as a board director on the SD Learning Consortium, a group formed to promote research, by discovering together the world’s most advanced leadership and management goals, principles and practices, including but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban and DevOps, and education, by disseminating globally what is learned.
