Jean-Noël Fourel has an extensive experience in the sector of technical solutions for the construction industry. He started his career 1986-1992 in the Automotive Electronics Industry with Bendix Electronics and Motorola.

From 1992 to 2000 Jean-Noël Fourel joined Legrand, Worldwide leader in Wiring Devices and Home and Building Automation as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Group. He successfully developed B2B2C approach.

From 2000 to 2007 he was the Chief Operating Officer of Somfy, leader Automatic Control of Openings and Closures in Homes and Buildings and rapidly doublled sales particularly in Germany, Holland, France, Spain, USA and Japan.

From 2007 until 2015 he was Chief Executive Officer in Onduline, a leader in lightweight roofing, based. He, strongly developed Onduline’s position in Russia, Turkey, USA, China, Indonesia, and Brazil.

In 2015 he created Cnergize Gmbh a strategic consultancy company in Vienna, Austria.

Since September 2016 he is the CEO of SELENA FM a Polish Company listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange and active in Building Chemicals with 30 subsidiaries in 17 Countries around the world

Jean-Noël Fourel is a Robotic engineer from the Ecole Catholique des Arts et Métiers in Lyon and obtained an MBA degree at HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris, France.
